SUMMARY: The Cadet Training & Education Program (CTEP) Leadership School is made up of four different cadet schools and one senior school; NCO Academy, Staff NCO Academy, Officer Training School, and the Cadet Command Staff College. The CTEP is designed to take cadets as they progress through the program and give them both the knowledge and skills to lead cadets at their level of responsibility. The Training Leaders of Cadets program (TLC) is a Senior training activity that focuses on individuals who work with the Cadet Program. TLC students will receive credit for the Training Leaders of Cadets program. Each composite and cadet squadron is required to have at least two TLC seniors.

CADETS AND SENIOR MEMBERS
SPRING 2016 CTEP / TLC 


All cadets and senior members interested in attending/staffing the 2016 Spring CTEP / TLC, to be held March 4 – 6, 2016 at Wing Headquarters in Nacogdoches, please submit your requests to me at my e-mail address of fletchersharp@verizon.net

For Cadet Staff, including Command Staff, please submit a Form 31 and a short (less than one page) CAP only resume, addressing what positions you’re applying for, and what having you on staff would mean for CTEP.

For Senior members, please submit a Form 17 and a short note addressing which position/class you’d like to Mentor or other position you’d like to work. If you want to attend the TLC course…or be the TLC Director or a TLC Instructor, let me know that as well. TLC will be limited to only 15 applicants!!

This year, we’ll be downsizing OTS to only 15 applications, so get your forms in early!!
The OPS plan is basically completed; awaiting the eventbrite link, which should be ready by the end of Wednesday, 20 March for registering. Some info is already on texascadet.org

Cadet Staffing applications will be closed out Feb. 4, 2016.
