- Share a time when you used failure as an opportunity to improve and didn’t just give up.

Each participant should have a blank piece of paper and a pencil/pen.
Instructions:
Consider our CAP meetings in light of the limitations that COVID has placed on them and answer the following questions:
- What went well?
- What could be improved?
- What SMART goals could you set for yourself to bring about improvement?
- What SMART goals could Nighthawk entertain to bring about improvement?
When your group has completed the exercise, have someone in the group send the list of SMART goals to cp@dentoncap.org and the Cadet Commander.
Credit for tonight’s lesson
Send 2d Lt Dave Rosenfeld an email with the following:
- The exact definition of excellence given during the meeting.
- An example of someone you feel has an excellent spirit and why you think that.
