Cadet Small Group Activity

Each participant should have a blank piece of paper and a pencil/pen.

Consider our CAP meetings in light of the limitations that COVID has placed on them and answer the following questions:

  • What went well?
  • What could be improved?
  • What SMART goals could you set for yourself to bring about improvement?
  • What SMART goals could Nighthawk entertain to bring about improvement?

When your group has completed the exercise, have someone in the group send the list of SMART goals to and the Cadet Commander.
