Cadet Small Group Activity

Hotwash

Each participant should have a blank piece of paper and a pencil/pen.

Instructions:

Consider our CAP meetings in light of the limitations that COVID has placed on them and answer the following questions:

  • What went well?
  • What could be improved?
  • What SMART goals could you set for yourself to bring about improvement?
  • What SMART goals could Nighthawk entertain to bring about improvement?

When your group has completed the exercise, have someone in the group send the list of SMART goals to cp@dentoncap.org and the Cadet Commander.
