Come to our CLC (Corporate Learning Course)! Group VI of Texas Wing Civil Air Patrol will be hosting an SLS 2-3 June (Saturday and Sunday) 2018 at Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX.
The Corporate Learning Course (CLC) discusses the relationship the CAP squadron has with the next major echelon of command — the wing. Specifically, CLC discusses how wing-level operations help to accomplish CAP’s three missions of aerospace education, emergency services, and cadet programs. It describes the working relationships wing staff officers have with each other, and their squadron level counterparts.
CLC is a core component of Level III training which is required for promotion to Captain.
Students enrolling in the course will need a CAPF17 (Application for Senior Member Activities) signed by their Squadron Commander (if you are in Texas wing you do not need group/wing signatures) either printed or in electronic format (forwarded to the course director) and a CAPF161 (Emergency Information) with them at the time of the course. CAPIDs will also be verified.
Preferred class attire is Class B or White Aviator Shirt. BDU/ABU, Polo Shirt, and Flight Suits are not authorized.
