LESA is a Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Nationally Accredited Emergency Services Academy for both Cadet and Senior ES training, leading to a number of Operational Qualifications.
LESA Policies & Procedures 2016
All non Texas Applicants must sign up on eventbrite & submit a CAPF31 for Cadets or CAPF17 for Seniors. The application must be signed by their Wing Commander indicating that all local requirements for safety and training have been met. These can be submitted to lesa@txwgcap.org
All Cadets must complete a Cadet Behavior Contract LESA 2016. These can be submitted to lesa@txwgcap.org
